Chocolate Fudge Traybake

3 level tbsp good quality cocoa
3 tbsp hot water
6 oz softened butter
8 oz self raising flour
2 level tsp baking powder
6 ox caster sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp milk

For topping
3 oz butter
2 oz cocoa
4 tbsp milk
8 oz icing sugar

Heat oven to gm 4 (180c)
Grease and line 9″x12″ deep tin
Mix cocoa and water, add all other ingredients and beat well
Turn into tin and cook for about 40 minutes
When cool melt topping butter, add cocoa and cook for one minute, remove from heat and add milk then icing sugar and beat well until smooth and spread over the tray bake.
